One session with Winnie will last approximately 60 minutes. This session will be a vital role in your growth, helping Winnie understanding your energy and create a plan to set into motion for your spiritual recovery.

Clients may experience multiple layers and levels of shifts, transformations and detox during and after sessions, or days and weeks leading up to sessions. Winnie/Core-Soul is not responsible for any physical/emotional/spiritual discomfort that you may experience.

Core-Soul’s transformational process is highly effective and very intense. You may find it challenging as old patterns shift. Working with Winnie requires absolute ownership and personal accountability.
